School Strategies

  • Focus on our mentoring block to make connections with students/reinforce empathy and social skills.  

  • Quarterly At-Risk Kids Meeting with staff

  • Achievement Recognition (Certificates, Student of the Month, Celebrations, Barbeques/Attendance Awards)

  • School-Wide Assemblies

  • Lunch intramurals/counselor focus groups - anger, self-esteem, yoga, and girl talk

Create procedures to eliminate barriers so that all students can participate and experience success in high quality curricular and extracurricular programs.
