Sweetwater Community School's Student Government offers students the opportunity to learn leadership skills and promote a positive school culture. The student government officers and members work to organize and participate in fund-raising and community service events. Some of the past activities have included organizing the school's clothing closet and collecting donations for our school's food pantry.

Students are encouraged to participate in community service activities. Community service helps students to develop self-esteem and pride in their community. We hope to teach our students that working together we can make a difference.

Spirit Day is every Friday. Students can show their school spirit by wearing our school colors - turquoise and silver.

Sweetwater offers a variety of intramural sport activities during lunch time. Several of the more popular intramurals include:  soccer, Wiffle ball, kickball, and extreme frisbee. All students are encouraged to sign up and join in the fun!
Another club to check out is our GSA Club.  Be sure to stop by room 14 and see Ms. Miller to get more information.
