About Shea
Welcome to Shea Middle School. Our mission is to create an environment where your child can do their best work. We do this by providing rigorous academic engagement and opportunities to develop strong character. Academically, we expect students to Read More, Write More, Think More, Speak More. Focusing on building literacy skills, communication skills, and problem-solving skills will propel our students to success.
We build character through helping students develop skills in Self-Awareness, Self-Management, Social Awareness, Relationship Skills, and Responsible Decision Making. Students demonstrate character as a Shea Scorpion by demonstrating Self-Control, Taking Responsibility, Integrity, Niceness, and Grit (STING). Our signature programs give students a one-of-a-kind educational experience that will leave a lasting impact on their lives.
We know you will find Shea a great place to be. Please feel free to contact us with questions or come by for a visit and experience what makes Shea great!
In your service,
Scott Lawrence
Principal, Shea Middle
Open Enrollment

Parents and guardians often choose to open enroll their children in PVSchools for various reasons, including the unique and innovative award-winning programs, teaching philosophy, extracurricular activities, and more.
