Immunization Requirements Needed to Register Your Child:
EMERGENCY CARD – This is available in the school office and must be completed prior to registration.
Children must be 5 years old before September 1 of the enrolling year to be eligible for kindergarten. To enter 1st grade, a child must be 6 years old before September 1 of the enrolling year, or have successfully completed kindergarten in another district or state.
If you live outside of our boundary, we invite you to apply for Open Enrollment if you would like to join the Sandpiper Elementary family.

Please note that Arizona House Bill 2322 requires schools to make a reasonable effort to notify parents within two (2) hours of a student's absence.
This law makes it necessary for the parents/guardians to call in by 10:00 a.m. to the school office to excuse their child.
