Tutoring is available from 4-6 p.m. and 7-9 p.m. on Monday through Thursday. This is a free, online tutoring program for K-12 students in the Paradise Valley School District. Tutoring is one-on-one and students use technology as a learning tool to support the tutoring session. FROST tutors are current PVSchools' high school students with a wide variety of experience and subject matter expertise.
Before students call FROST, it helps to be prepared by having their questions and any resources ready that helps explain to the tutor where they need extra help. PVOnline students are encouraged to participate in FROST tutoring as an additional resource to help them be successful in their courses. Help is available in the following areas:
- K-12 Math
- Computer Science
To begin a FROST session, students should call (602) 449-2395. Additional information can also be found on the frost site.
