Pinnacle Peak Preparatory School welcomes the active participation of parents, grandparents and community members. We believe that children flourish in an academic environment that unites home and school. This supports student enrichment and achievement with a goal of providing the best possible education for each student.
There are many ways to get involved including working as a classroom helper, member of the PTO, field trip chaperone, site council, and many other opportunities. We encourage you to get involved.
United Parent Council's (UPC) monthly meeting and educational programs are open to the public. UPC brings parents together from across the district to be informed, have a voice, and stand for children. Be connected via our monthly meetings and e-bulletins, or visit the UPC website.

Tax Credit Donations
Making a contribution to receive an Arizona public education tax credit is simple. You can get a tax credit of up to $200 for an individual or $400 per married couple.
Beginning in 2016, credit eligible fees paid and contributions made to a public school from January 1st through April 15th of the calendar year may be used as a tax credit on the prior year's tax return. For example, qualifying contributions made to a public school between January 1, 2019 and April 15, 2019 may be used as a tax credit on either your 2018 or 2019 Arizona income tax return (Pub 707 AZDOR). For additional information, contact Cheryl Menge at 602-449-2049 or firstname.lastname@example.org.
Arizona tax law allows taxpayers a credit for contributions made or fees paid to a public school for support of extracurricular activities or character education (as defined in ARS 15-719). If married, taxpayers filing separate returns: each spouse may claim one-half of the credit that would have been allowed on a joint return. Extracurricular activities such as sports, band, speech and debate or overnight field trips are generally not fully funded by school districts, so your donation directly supports students.
