Graphic Design Students Win at Future Business Leaders of America Competition

On Saturday, January 18, 2020, 18 of Pinnacle's Graphic/Web Design and Animation students competed in Future Business Leaders of America’s Regional Conference at ASU West in the following events: E-Business Website, Graphic Design, Public Service Announcement, Publication Design and Website Design. Approximately 500 students from 28 Arizona high schools competed in over 40 business-related events. This was Pinnacle’s third year competing.
Fifteen (15) of Pinnacle’s Graphic Design students are now gold-medal Regional Champions after taking first place in their respective Future Business Leaders of America (FBLA) competitive events on Saturday at ASU West.

FIRST Place in Public Service Announcement (2-D Animation): Jackson Raines, Mckenna Watson, and Alexandra Rosner
FIRST Place in Website Design: Meghan Patnode, Jonathan Thomas, and Caitlin Squires
FIRST Place in E-Business Website: Cameron Munk, Jadyn Ngo, and Michael Brayer
SECOND Place in Graphic Design (and ONLY because Pinnacle also took first place): Colin Roch, Thompson Dallaire, and Joshua King
The next competition is the Future Business Leaders of America State Conference in Tucson, April 6th through 8th.
