Welcome to the 2019-20 school year! Whether you are a returning Trojan, or a new student starting at PVHS, we wish you all the best as you start a new school year.

Back-to-School Events

Wednesday, July 31: PVHS Walk-Through

Take your ID picture, pay class fees and activity fees, purchase a parking pass, pre-pay for your yearbook, pick up your PE uniform, make a tax credit donation for sports or extracurricular programs, etc. You pick the time you would like to come! We will be in the main gym from 8 to 11 a.m. and from 4 to 7 p.m.

Friday, August 2: Freshman PRIDE Camp

A PRIDE camp for incoming 9th graders will take place in the gym from 8 a.m. to 12 p.m. All 9th graders are encouraged to attend! Parents of freshmen are also invited to attend a session with administration and our Parent Teacher Organization (PTO) from 8:30 to 10 a.m. in the auditorium. This is a great way to get involved and meet other parents. You will have many of your questions answered.

First Day of Classes: Tuesday, August 6, 2019

All students will report to the designated area (listed below) to pick up their official schedule between 7 and 7:20 a.m. on the first day of school.

Classes Are 7:30 a.m. - 2:10 p.m. Daily

Traffic on the first few days is usually a challenge, so it is a good idea to arrive early in order to avoid traffic congestion. The West Lot is designated for student pick-up and drop-off, as well as student parking. It is a busy area at arrival and dismissal time. Students are encouraged to ride the bus, if they are eligible.
