This presentation is a general informational session appropriate for middle school through high school students and families.

Attend the virtual presentation via the Google Meet link.

“It's never too early to learn about the college and career opportunities available for PVSchools students and families. For general college and career information, it’s suggested that middle school parents and students begin educating themselves on college and career opportunities available at the high school level,” said Melinda Villalovos, College & Career district lead specialist.

During the presentation, parents and students will gain a general understanding of college and career opportunities within PVSchools. Topics that will be discussed include:

  • PVSchools Student Supports
  • College and Career Preparation Timeline
  • Arizona Board of Regents Requirements
  • ACT & SAT Exams
  • Free Application Federal Student Aid (FAFSA)
  • Project Benjamin - Ask BENJI
  • PVSchools Early College Credit Programs
  • PVSchools Career and Technical Education Offerings
  • PVSchools College & Career Prep Programs

To help guide students through the college and career planning process, they are provided individual support from their counselors and college and career specialists beginning in middle school through high school.

Prior to the event, you are encouraged to explore PVSchools' college and career resources.
