Start-of-Year Virtual Learning
In order to best support students and families, we have created an Information Technology resource site: Visit the new PV Assist website.
Sweetwater Community School is now enrolling high school students for Night Classes, which start on Monday, October 14, 2019.
Since learning isn't a one-size-fits-all model, PVSchools offers Night Classes to both in-district and out-of-district students. For some students, taking high school classes in a traditional classroom setting may not be an option due to athletic schedules, work schedules, or family commitments.
Our Night Class program was created for students who may need credit recovery, want to get ahead, or may not be able to attend school during the day. Smaller class sizes allow our teachers to provide students with more individualized attention.
The first session, which runs from 5:00 p.m. to 6:17 p.m., features the following classes:
Earth Science 2 – Class is filled; interested students can be added to a waitlist.
Geometry 1 – Class is filled; interested students can be added to a waitlist.
World History 1
The second session, which runs from 6:23 p.m. to 7:40 p.m., features the following class options:
American History 1 – Class is filled; interested students can be added to a waitlist.
Environmental Science 2 – Class is filled; interested students can be added to a waitlist.
Please visit the Sweetwater Community School website for information about the school and its night classes.
