About Liberty Elementary

Liberty Elementary School opened in 1977 as a part of the Paradise Valley School District. The school was completely rebuilt during 2002-03.

Liberty offers kindergarten through sixth grade and currently has approximately 500 students enrolled. Our school offers excellent resources onsite including Chrome Books for every student and a truly remarkable selection of books to encourage our young readers. Liberty's extracurricular activities include student council, chorus, strings, and band.  In addition, every student participates in art, music and physical education each day.  Our school also provides before and after school programs through Community Education including the Mascot program.

Our teachers and staff strive to maintain a climate of high academic expectations, as well as strong social and emotional skills.  We are currently an All Things EQ campus, which allows students to learn more about their emotional intelligence.  Upon entering 6th grade, students become ambassadors of the program where they provide support for other students and develop leadership skills.

Parent Community

Liberty Elementary School also enjoys an active, involved parent community. Visit the PTO Facebook page for Liberty Elementary Scottsdale PTO for more information about how to become involved.
