In order to best support students and families, we have created an Information Technology resource site: Visit the new PV Assist website.
Develop relationships that support and foster social, emotional, and academic needs to ensure individual student success.
Social Skills for Academic Growth will be taught on a weekly basis using the Lions Quest Curriculum.
Students in grades 3 - 6 will be surveyed using the Lions Quest survey tool.
Six Seconds Brain profiles will be completed by all students in 3rd - 6th grade to compare data gained from last years assessment.
Develop a plan and structure to implement PBIS for 2018/19 school year.
Create procedures to eliminate barriers so that all students can participate and experience success in high quality curricular and extracurricular programs.
Master schedule created so that all students receive intervention and/or enrichment for Reading and Math.
Resource student’s schedule created so that all resource students are participating in homeroom during Tier 1 instructional time.
Resource students receiving services that best fit their individual needs. These will be accomplished through pull-out and inclusion models.
To develop cultural competence within PVSchools that results in equity for students.
This year we have elected two PTO Presidents. One is representing our hispanic families and one is representing everyone else.
Once a month we have a district translator at our school to help communicate with parents.
Ensure that all communications that are sent out from district and the school are translated so that our families can receive equitable information.
