- Provide professional development for all classroom teachers with strategies to implement the Guaranteed and Viable Curriculum and ELA curriculum.
- Provide each teacher with instructional coaching to support the implementation of math and ELA strategies.
- Teachers will participate fully in the implementation of the Professional Learning Community process to analyze data and plan interventions for struggling students.
- Teachers will receive professional development in behavior interventions

Provide a rigorous Guaranteed and Viable Curriculum (GVC) through focused professional development, effective differentiated instruction, and strategic assessments.
School / Department Strategies
- Implement the Guaranteed and Viable Curriculum (GVC) plan with fidelity and provide timely feedback for GVC revisions.
- Differentiate math instruction through small group support and utilizing ‘Super JiJi’ using ST Math support and instruction.
- Analyze data from assessments, adjust instructional strategies and long term plan instruction in reading and math.
- Support implementation of ELA using adopted curriculum
