Mascot Summer Camp

Summer Camp Rates

Registration options include 3 days/week for $185.00 per week and 5 days/week for $245.00 per week. A $25 one-time, non-refundable registration fee is due at the time of registration (maximum of $50 per family).

Rates are subject to change without notice.

If you feel that Mascot Summer Camp would be the right fit for your family, please register by Wednesday for your child to begin the following week.

Invoices will be billed weekly on the Monday prior to the scheduled camp week. Payment will be due on the following Friday by noon or your child will be removed from camp for the scheduled week.

Registration Deadline  

Registering your child is a contract for childcare for a specific program and you will be liable for the contracted cost whether your child attends one day or the maximum number of days.  You can register for camp week by week or register for the entire summer all at once!  
Please note: registration must be received before our office closes at 4:30 p.m. the Wednesday of the week prior in order to start the following week.  Registrations received after this time may not be accepted.

Cancellation Policy

Schedule changes or cancellations must be received either by submitting the request through the Eleyo online portal or by emailing our registration office at community-ed-registrars@pvschools.net before our office closes at 4:30 p.m. the Wednesday of the week prior. Cancellation requests received after the deadline will be billed for the full amount.

What to Bring

1. A reusable water bottle labeled with your child's name.
2. Please follow "1-2-3": 1 lunch, 2 snacks, and 3 drinks.
3. No other items should be brought to camp. Outside toys/items will not be allowed.
