Automotive Technologies
This interactive, hands-on program is for students interested in learning the practical application, principles, and techniques involved in the operation and servicing of the engine, electrical, and brake systems of the automobile. Safety instruction and using safety equipment are an integral part of the program.
Students develop leadership and community service skills through participation in a career technical student organization (CTSO) SkillsUSA, where they can compete locally, state, or internationally.
College Dual Enrollment is available for select courses. See your school counselor for course eligibility.
Program courses may be used toward the Arizona Seal of Arts Proficiency.
Lack of English language skills will not be a barrier to admission and participation in the Career and Technical Education programs of the schools.
