Programs and Delivery Model

Career and Technical Education (CTE) courses can now be used in place of fine arts courses for in-state university admission requirements, per a recent Arizona Board of Regents ruling.

CTE Delivery Model

Career and technical education is a combination of embedded academics and community involvement and is delivered in PVSchools in the following four ways (in no particular order):

  • Classroom instruction
  • Laboratory instruction
  • Career-based learning
  • Leadership development (through career and technical student organizations)

For more information on any of the programs listed on this page, please call 602-449-7036. List of programs is current as of April 2021. Lack of English language skills will not be a barrier to admission and participation in the Career and Technical Education programs of the schools.

College Dual Enrollment is available for select courses. See your school counselor for course eligibility.

Program courses may be used toward the Arizona Seal of Arts Proficiency.
