PTSO Assistance Needed

The PTSO board needs your help for the 2025-2026 school year! Could you attend a monthly meeting and take notes? Are you good with numbers and can keep up a simple spreadsheet? Are you good at getting the word out about events? If you have even an hour a week that you could volunteer, we need you! There is no experience needed, just a commitment to the success of our school. Most of this work is done behind the scenes and even from your home.

Open Board Positions Include:
VP of Communications
- Coordinates with the teacher liaison and manages the distribution of information to parents and school staff.
- Works closely with the Communications Secretary to get announcements out via the school marquee, signage, flyers, social media, newsletter blurbs, etc.
Treasurer (Books)
- Keeps financial records up to date via spreadsheet.
Secretary
- Attends monthly PTSO meeting and records minutes.
- Creates volunteer sign up sheets.
