Class Placement - Parent Input Form 25/26

Parents have the opportunity to provide input related to learning styles and specific needs of their child. We do not guarantee placement in specific teachers’ classrooms. Teachers and administration will utilize the information to help determine placement. The form must be filled out and submitted to the office no later than Tuesday, April 15, 2025, in order to be considered for classroom placement. Forms are available in the front office.
