Welcome to the 2025-26 School Year!

I’m Todd Cummings and I’m thrilled to be the new superintendent of PVSchools. I’m grateful to my Governing Board, the legacy of great leaders, and the principals, teachers, students and parents who make PVSchools amazing. As we embark on this new chapter, I am filled with anticipation for all that we will achieve together. Life is a journey of endless opportunities, and I am grateful for the chance to work alongside each of you as we continue on the path of excellence for every student.

PVSchools has a proud tradition of student excellence, one that's built on the strong foundation of our collective efforts. Further strengthening our foundation are the cutting-edge opportunities and innovative learning experiences, including programs such as Dual Language Immersion, DAAPS, JROTC Space Force, NVAA, CREST, Dual Credit Programs, and students earning Associates Degrees. 

Whether you're a new family joining our district, a long-time resident, or a supporter of public education, your partnership is invaluable and critical to maintaining this strong foundation. 

Our district—made up of students, staff, families, and neighbors—clearly understands that strong public schools are essential. The PVSchools community has consistently demonstrated a commitment to providing safe, welcoming, and rigorous learning environments where every learner is engaged, inspired, and prepared for a lifetime of success. This year, we'll continue to build on these incredible traditions to ensure PVSchools remains the premier district of choice for families.
