The 16th Annual 5k Fun Run!

Join us for the 16th Annual PVSchools Community 5K Fun Run, an event encouraging active lifestyles among our staff, families, and community members.

Saturday, January 31, 2026, in person at Horizon High School

Awards for 1st, 2nd, and 3rd place male and female finishers in each age division: 8-12,13-19, 20-29, 30-39, 40-49, 50-59, 60-69, and 70+. Team awards will also be given for race participation. Winners will be announced after the race, and trophies will be delivered to schools.

How to Register 

Visit Run Signup between now and race day. Participants who register by January 17, 2026, will receive a t-shirt (must be present at the event to receive the shirt). All participants will register under their team name (school, department, or other).

Team champions are available for the event and registration help.

Cost

Registration fees, along with generous donations from benefit vendors, make this event possible. PVSchools has kept the registration fee the same for the past 16 years.

• Adults: $10
• Children 11-19 years old: $5
• Children 10 and under: Free

• 8 a.m. Health Fair Begins
• 8:45 a.m. Welcome Announcement
• 9 a.m. Kids Dash (kids ages 10 and under)
• 9:10 a.m. Stretch
• 9:15 a.m. Race Starts
• 10 a.m. Awards Ceremony
• 11 a.m. Health Fair Ends
