Shining Bright at the High School Musical Awards

Recently, Gammage Auditorium hosted the prestigious High School Musical Theatre Awards, where Shadow Mountain High School’s NVAA production of Hadestown received the coveted "Best Musical" award for Arizona. Horizon High School also earned recognition, with Isabelle Ross receiving the award for "Excellence in Stage Management."
In addition to the "Best Musical" honor, NVAA's Kayla Trevino, a talented student actress from the Hadestown production, was selected as one of three finalists to represent Arizona at the national level for the esteemed Jimmy Award. The Jimmy Awards, also known as the National High School Musical Theatre Awards, celebrate outstanding student talent in musical theatre from across the United States.
