On November 19, Arizona Thespians recognized Shadow Mountain's TCH NVAA Drama teacher, Mr. Joe Flowers, as the Arizona Thespian Teacher of the Year for the North Region. This prestigious award is given to educators who demonstrate exceptional courage and devotion to the school's performing arts program. Mr. Flowers was recognized for his years of service, leadership, and character. He has been categorized as "the best of the best" within the ranks of education.
Mr. Flowers’ love for the arts and his devotion to his students have set him apart. His expertise has allowed him to build up a theatre program that has become one of the best in the state. He has nurtured creativity and curiosity within his students while furthering PVSchools Journey of Excellence.
