Thank you students and staff for a fantastic 2021-22 school year! Congratulations to the class of 2022! May you always remember your time at PVSchools and continue to reach for your goals wherever your journey may take you!
While there were many standout achievements during the 2021-22 school year, let’s highlight just a few.
This year we had eight students from Paradise Valley, Pinnacle, and Shadow Mountain High Schools achieve a perfect score on the ACT.
Students from Grayhawk Elementary School, Mountain Trail Middle School, and Paradise Valley High Schools placed 1st, 2nd, and 3rd in the 2022 Arizona Science and Engineering Fair.
The Horizon High School football team took home the AIA 5A Football State Championship and the Horizon High School girls volleyball team took home their respective AIA 5A state championship. There was also an incredible showing of skill at the AIA Track & Field State Championships, which included a win for the Division II girls team at North Canyon High School. And, individual championships for North Canyon High School, Pinnacle High School, and Shadow Mountain High School.
PVSchools marching bands participated in the Desert Financial Fiesta Bowl Parade, which returned after a hiatus due to COVID-19. We were so happy that our outstanding marching bands could participate once again!
Congratulations to the Class of 2022, and thank you to all our outstanding students and staff for another terrific school year!
