ADE Announces School Letter Grades!

ADE Announces School Letter Grades!

The 2025 school letter grades are out, and PVSchools is celebrating the achievements of both students and staff, whose hard work has led to improvements across many areas.

In total, 4 schools in Paradise earned an “A” grade this year, with 16 of those schools maintaining their “A” from last year. PVSchools had 6 sites that showed improvement, and no schools scored a D or an F.

These letter grades reflect the dedication and determination of students and staff, as well as the encouragement and support from families. Each school remains committed to the district values outlined in the strategic plan, with three of those values— innovation, collaboration, and growth — greatly contributing to these impressive outcomes.

School letter grades are largely based on standardized assessments providing just one measure of student achievement. Letter grades include scores with different weights for K-8 schools, high schools, and alternative schools that include growth, proficiency, English Learner (EL), and acceleration or readiness. High schools are also scored on College Career Readiness Indicators (CCRI) and graduation rates.
