A Collaboration for Innovation

STEAM and Art teachers from across the district gathered for a day of shared learning. Hosted by the experts at the Arizona Science Center, this collaboration gives educators new tools to spark curiosity and innovation in their students.

The workshop focused on investigating the inherent link between artistic design and scientific exploration. By highlighting creativity as an essential element of scientific progress, the session aimed to successfully integrate the "Art" into "STEM," officially evolving the approach to "STEAM."

Since the session, PVSchools educators have already begun implementing these new strategies with great success. By investing in collaborative partnerships such as the Arizona Science Center, PVSchools continues to lead the way in providing a modern, well-rounded education that prepares students for the future.
