Questions:

What if the student is unable to attend any of the dates above.  How do they receive their schedule?

Infinite Campus(grades and schedules) will be available before school starts.

What if the student is new to Horizon and would like to come in and walk their schedule before school starts?

Due to limited staff on campus and teacher workdays, new students will need to wait until the first day of school.  All of our staff and students are patient and helpful to all students entering a new school.

How will the student receive a PE Uniform if they do not attend the dates above?

The PE teachers will take the students to the school store and they may show their receipt or purchase at that time.

How does a senior or junior purchase parking if they do not attend the dates above?

Juniors and seniors will receive information at a later date. It is very important students check their email frequently including during the summer break. We will address the issue of students unable to attend the dates of purchase in an email.

What if the student schedule that is received is not correct?

During Back to School Days some issues can be resolved before school starts if the concern meets the 5 reasons below.

On the first few days of school, counselors are available for assistance. Below are the following reasons to see a counselor:

  1. There is a hole in your schedule

  2. You took a summer class - not fixed yet

  3. Double scheduling - two of the same classes scheduled twice or two different classes scheduled in the same period.

  4. You failed a prerequisite class

  5. You are missing a required class such as English

See you in 2022 - 2023
