Governing Board Meetings

In accordance with Arizona Revised Statutes §38-431.02.A.2, public notices of Governing Board meetings are posted at the District Administrative Center, 15002 North 32nd Street, Phoenix, Arizona, and on the district website.

Detailed agendas are available for review at the District Administrative Center, 15002 North 32nd Street, Phoenix, and on the district website at least 24 hours in advance of the meeting.

Board meetings are open to the public. Regular meetings are typically held on the first and third Thursdays of each month at 6:30 p.m. in the Governing Board Room at the District Administrative Center (unless otherwise noted). Study sessions are held as needed for the purpose of studying one or more specific topics in more detail. No action is taken during a study session.

In accordance with Arizona Revised Statutes §38-431.03(A)1-9, executive sessions may be called by the Governing Board to discuss items including personnel matters; records exempt by law from public inspection; bargaining; legal matters with attorneys; purchase or lease of real property; and litigation.
