On Feb. 8th, 914 brightly clad runners of all ages gathered at Horizon High School eager to hit the track for the 10th Annual PVSchools 5K Community Run. From moms and dads with strollers to teachers and students and community members of all ages, this year's run was a good time for all involved.

For the third year in a row, Jordan Black was the winner with an impressive time of 15 minutes, 7 seconds. He improved his time from last year by 1 minute and 8 seconds.

The top three teams with the most participants received awards. Paradise Valley High School was the first-place team winner with 50 members, Horizon High School was second place, and Desert Cove Elementary School came in third place.

This event would not have been possible without the support of the many volunteers who pitched in to make sure everyone had a good time.
