Mascot Club students enjoy a rich variety of activities that aim to cultivate students' talents and interests.
Lesson plans are aligned with Arizona Quality Standards for Out of School Time programs. Mascot Club sites are active places with many choices and opportunities for growth, such as large group games, art projects, active games and sports, and STEM-based projects.
Non-School Day Only Mascot Camp is available on most recess days for children enrolled in preschool (4 years old only) through Grade 6.

Students enrolled in Gifted, Little Scholars, Mini Scholars, and Montessori Pre-K programs are eligible to attend Mascot Club during the school year – for an additional fee at most locations. The Mascot Camp option is not available for 3 year olds. All students must be 4 years old by August 31st of the relevant school year to be eligible for any recess day camps.
Admission into PVSchools Community Education childcare programs is on a space-available basis.
- Registration must be completed at least two business days before the student can begin attending the program.
- Mascot Club registrations require that your student is first enrolled with the school.
- Registration for Mascot programs is required annually.
For the safety of your student, you must contact childcare staff if your student will be absent. For families who select the PMx3 Attendance Option, parents must notify the Mascot site which three days their student will attend each week.
Contract approval is a two-step process and all steps must be completed prior to placement.
1. Create an account online on our Eleyo registration website and submit a contract for your desired program.
3. The following documents must be submitted to the PVSchools Community Education Office.
- Copy of current immunization records
- Copy of both parent/guardian photo IDs
- Copy of custody documents (if applicable) with case number and court seal
An annual non-refundable registration fee of $90 is charged to your credit card at the time of contract approval. If your child is withdrawn from programming and re-enrolled within the same school year, a non-refundable re-enrollment fee of $25 is required.
Mascot Camp is held on most district non-school recess days identified on the district calendar.
Please refer to the Mascot School Year Schedule for all available camp days. Families can select individual days that care is needed.

Camp hours: 7:00 a.m. - 6:00 p.m.
You must register for Mascot Camp days in advance. Registration will not be accepted after noted deadline dates. Sign up early as space is limited. Staffing for Mascot Camp days is based on enrollment.
All cancellations must be requested 2 business days in advance of the Mascot Camp date. Cancellation requests received after the deadline will be billed for the full amount.
All contracts submitted for both current and new families are pending until reviewed and approved by a registrar. We will send an email confirmation after your non-school day requests have been approved. Fees are subject to change without notice.
