Pre-K-6th grade students returning for in-person learning will begin on February 16, and students in grades 7-12 will return on February 22.

The History of PVSchools
Sunnyside School circa 1960
PVSchools started as Sunnyside Elementary School in 1913, with one room, 35 students and no electricity. More than a century later, PVSchools has grown into a highly respected district with more than 32,000 students, thousands of teachers and 44 schools.
Fireside Elementary School Media Center
Our schools are state-of-the-art learning facilities with all classrooms equipped with smartboards and projectors. Students have access to iPad and iTouch technology along with MacBooks and Chromebooks. In addition, many of our schools offer signature courses that students can continue throughout their school years. All of our campuses are WiFi enabled and students can also access it using their own devices.
