Liberty Elementary
Liberty Elementary School opened in 1977 as a part of the Paradise Valley School District. The school was completely rebuilt during 2002-03.
Liberty offers preschool through sixth grade and currently has approximately 600 students enrolled.Liberty has an impressive list of achievements, including A+ designation (1994) from the Arizona Educational Foundation, and an A rating from the Arizona Department of Education's A-F School Accountability Letter Grade System 75% of Liberty's teachers have more than 10 years individual experience teaching,and more than 70% hold Master's degrees. 100% are Highly Qualified.
The school offers excellent resources on site including: computer labs,multimedia studio, extracurricular activities including student council, chorus, strings,and band; and social services including day care, breakfast and lunch programs, and an after school/vacation days program.
