    • K-12 International Baccalaureate Programme (IB)
    • The North Valley Arts Academies at PVSchools
    • The Academy of Music
    • The Honors Academy of Pre-Engineering

    • Advancement Via Individual Determination (AVID), a college readiness program
    • New for 2017-2018 - 7th grade will be available at Grayhawk and Pinnacle Peak and both schools will be K-8 Premier schools in 2018-2019 


    Middle School Sports Program

    Middle school students are able to participate in sports that are designed to meet the needs of every student regardless of athletic experience or ability level.

Open Enrollment Information

  • The official Open Enrollment period (September 1st - January 21st) is now closed, however, out-of-district parents still may submit applications for the school they wish their child to attend.

    Applications may be dropped off at either the school of your choice, or mailed to the District office: 15002 N. 32nd Street, Attn: OE; or you may scan the applications and email it to smachas@pvschools.net

    Principals will notify parents of their child's enrollment status as soon as they are able to determine space availability.

    Please Note: Open Enrollment is closed for all grades at Fireside Elementary, Desert Shadows Middle, Explorer Middle and Pinnacle High Schools. Applicants to these schools will be placed on a waiting list, subject to availability.

    Per Governing Board policy, please note that students currently on open enrollment and wishing to continue through their elementary/middle/high school feeder system do not need to reapply when entering 7th or 9th grade providing they choose to attend the middle school and high school in their current feeder system.
