    Help our students succeed through Dollars for Scholars

    Dollars for Scholars chapters like ours help high school students achieve their educational goals by raising scholarship funds, establishing endowments, providing assistance with college readiness and the financial aid process, and distributing scholarships each year.

    To become a member of Dollars for Scholars 500 Club, you can make a donation for as little as $100.  Also, if you shop at Fry's or Albertson's, both of those grocery chains will donate a portion of what you spend to our scholarship fund.

    School Council North Canyon's School Council meets approximately every two months to discuss issues presently affecting the school.  The Council consists of the principal, teachers, parents, students and community members.

Tax Credit donations

  • Support our students with your Tax Credit Donation Tax Credit

    Who is eligible? This tax credit is available to all Arizona individual taxpayers regardless of whether or not they have children in school. An individual can contribute and receive a tax credit for any amount up to $200, or a couple filing jointly can contribute up to $400.
    Tax credits support extracurricular activities for students only, such field trips, sports, the arts, etc.
    To make a tax credit donation download and complete the Tax Credit form, which can also be found on the district website and turn it in with your check or donate online through the North Canyon High School Webstore.
    Follow these simple steps for Webstore contributions.
    1. Enter the contribution amount.
    2. Indicate the desired purpose of your donation.
    3. Use "General" for any eligible purpose.
    4. Add to your Cart.
    5. Check out by entering your billing information.
    6. Submit your payment and receive an instant email confirmation.
    7. Keep the receipt for your tax records.
    Deadline to submit contributions for the tax year is December 31st.

United Parent Council
