Information for Vendors and Prospective Vendors

Register as a prospective vendor to receive notices of solicitations. AZPurchasing.org is the only system PVSchools uses for notification of solicitations. District registration is not necessary if you complete a vendor registration application at AZPurchasing. Be sure to indicate that you are located in Maricopa County in order to receive solicitations from our district.

Any vendor wishing to be paid under a district purchase order must have a completed PVSchools Vendor registration form and a W-9 form:
