Dear PVSchools Employees,
This letter serves as the annual notification required under the Asbestos Hazard Emergency Response Act (AHERA), a federal regulation codified at 40 CFR Part 763. AHERA mandates that all public and non-profit elementary and secondary schools inspect their buildings for asbestos-containing building materials (ACBMs) and develop management plans to prevent or reduce asbestos hazards.

Take Response Actions if Necessary. No response actions were required from current inspections.
Access to Records
The asbestos management plans and documentation related to inspections, re-inspections, and response actions are available for public review. Employees and parents may review these records during normal business hours by contacting the school’s administration.
