Ad Partners Agreement

The PVSchools Ad Partners Program allows for electronic advertising within digital systems that are controlled by the PVSchools Marketing and Communications Department (ParentSquare). This program observes a summer blackout period that begins on the last day of school and ends 1 week before the first day of school.

In exchange for displaying ads within PVSchools as part of this program, the ad partner must provide payment prior to approval.

Check or Money Order: Payment of appropriate fees payable to Paradise Valley Unified School District. The Ad Partner fee for three advertisements per year is $200 (this fee is waived for non-profit organizations).

*PVSchools does not auto-dial, text, mail, e-mail, or directly distribute physical or digital flyers to individual students, parents, or families as part of the Ad Partners Program. PVSchools parents, guardians, high school students, and staff may elect to see new ads in the Ad Partners section of the PVSchools ParentSquare system. Physical paper flyers are not routinely distributed in PVSchools, except for approved non-profit physical flyers).

Agreement

I authorize PVSchools to publish advertising in accordance with this agreement. I understand that this program is limited to categories related to child and family-oriented services or opportunities. I have read and understand the requirements and restrictions of the PVSchools Ad Partner Program and acknowledge that the program does not constitute a public forum.

Specifically, I understand and agree that:

The PVSchools Ad Partner Program is administered in accordance with Governing Board Policy KHB - Advertising In Schools and exists solely for the purpose of generating revenue through either direct sales or student recruitment and retention. As such, advertisements do not constitute a public forum. Content of the advertisement is limited to speech that conforms to district advertising standards and may not express a political, social, religious, or personal viewpoint.

The superintendent or designee has sole authority to determine whether the content of an advertisement conforms to Policy KHB - Advertising In Schools and will not execute a PVSchools Ad Partner Program agreement if the advertisement content does not change to conform to policy.

Terms and conditions

  • Blackout Period: This program observes a summer blackout period that begins on the last Friday of school and ends 1 week before the first day of school.
  • Artwork Size: Electronic ad artwork must be no larger than 5MB. Artwork should be 16:9 or banner-sized, and to comply more easily with ADA compliance guidelines, artwork should not contain words other than business or organization names. Written copy is added to the post along with the ad artwork.
  • Check or Money Order: Ad partners must submit payment prior to any ad placements.

To submit a new ad, applicants will submit another application, acknowledging the terms and conditions. There is no proofreading step after submitting the application, so please make sure to check that your provided information is accurate.
  • Disclaimer: The PVSchools disclaimer must be included on all advertisements submitted for approval. While PVSchools will add the digital disclaimer to digital ads, non-profit ad partners must include the required disclaimer on all physical advertisements (flyers). The required disclaimer can be found at the bottom of this page.
