Dr. Shaun Holmes
Assistant Superintendent of Human Resources
Shaun Holmes is the Assistant Superintendent of Human Resources and is a member of the Superintendent’s Cabinet.
He oversees Benefits, bargaining, employee relations, evaluations, staffing, and recruitment.
Prior to being named Assistant Superintendent for PVSchools, Shaun was the Director of Human Resources for certified employees for one year. While in his first year with PVSchools, Shaun was named Administrator of the Year by the Arizona School Personnel Administrators Association.
Prior to his work in PVSchools, Shaun served Mesa Public Schools for three years as Assistant Superintendent of Human Resources, and one year as Associate Superintendent of Human and Capital Resources. He also served Scottsdale Unified School District in the roles of math teacher, high school assistant principal, elementary school principal, and director in Human Resources.
Shaun has a bachelor's in Management, a Master's in Educational Leadership, and a doctorate in Educational Leadership.
