SUN Kids Preschool (Serving Unique Needs)
The SUN Kids Preschool Program provides special education intervention services for children ages three and four, and for five-year-old children who are not yet eligible for kindergarten. Typically-developing preschoolers are also accepted as peer pals and pay a minimal tuition. Programs are located at various elementary schools.

What are Peer Pals?

Typically developing 3-5 year old children are screened and chosen for placement as a Peer Pal based on their ability to be strong language and social models.

Our preschool program is designed to facilitate the development of appropriate behavior through room arrangement, toy and material selection, daily schedule, developmentally appropriate activities, and trained staff.
