Bidder Application / Vendor Registration
Vendor registration can be completed at the following link:

Paradise Valley Unified School District is requesting vendors to complete an on-line registration at the above link. Arizona Purchasing is a website dedicated to Arizona school districts for the purpose of developing a central and statewide prospective bidder’s list and posting solicitations on-line. Registration is not necessary if you have completed a Vendor Registration Application at azpurchasing.org. However, please be sure to indicate Maricopa County to receive Paradise Valley Unified School District’s solicitations.
Paradise Valley Unified School District will only be using this on-line system for its notification of solicitations.
Substitute W-9/Vendor Registration (PDF) — This form is required from all firms prior to the issuance of a District purchase order. It is not necessary to have this form completed and on file in order to receive bid opportunities — it is only required prior to the issuance of a Purchase Order. Feel free to contact
