REGISTRATION, PAYMENTS, and
PAYMENT STATEMENTS INFORMATION

There are three ways to register for PVUSD Community Education courses, Enrichment courses and Summer School courses:

1. BY MAIL
Select this “Community Education Registration Form” link and print form. Mail your completed Registration Form (Enrichment courses only–childcare programs, such as Mascot Clubs, Little Scholars and Lil' Pioneers, require in-person registration) along with your payment to:
PVUSD/Community Education Department

2. WALK IN
Select this “Community Education Registration Form” link and print form. Bring your completed Registration Form (Enrichment courses only–childcare programs, such as Mascot Clubs, Little Scholars and Lil' Pioneers, require in-person registration) along with your payment to:
PVUSD Community Resource Center (CRC)/Community Education Department
15032 N. 32nd St., Phoenix, AZ 85032
The CRC school year office hours are Monday-Friday 8:00am-5:00pm.

3. ONLINE
Select one of the easy-to-follow Payment System links at right to complete registration (Enrichment courses only–childcare programs, such as Mascot Clubs, Little Scholars and Lil' Pioneers, require in-person registration) .
