QUALIFICATIONS:

REPORTS TO: Supervisor of
Vehicle Maintenance Supervisor
ESSENTIAL
JOB FUNCTIONS:
1.
Establish
& maintain good rapport with employees & community.
2.
Maintain
adequate stock and accurate inventory for the district.
3.
Evaluate
quality, cost of supplies and equipment.
4.
Deliver
& pick up parts from vendors throughout the valley.
5.
Order
supplies & reconcile quantities received & prices charged with purchase
orders.
6.
Liaison
with vendors to maintain information on new supplies & materials.
7.
Maintain
clean, orderly stockroom layout.
Modify layout as needed.
8.
Other
job-related duties as assigned.
TERMS OF EMPLOYMENT: Nine, ten or twelve-month year. Salary and work year to be established
by the Board.
EVALUATION: Performance of
this job will be evaluated in accordance with provisions of the BoardŐs policy
on Evaluation of Support Services Personnel.
