with Microsoft Office Products
- Ability
to work independently and meet time lines
- Effective
communications skills.

1. School office experience.

SUPERVISES: Student
Aides
JOB GOAL:
ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS:
- Establish
and maintain good rapport with students, employees, and community.
- Assist
administrator in developing master schedule and inputs data into computer.
- Register
and schedule new students in appropriate classes.
- Maintain
up-to-date computer records on each student.
- Interpret
and input pertinent information from new student transcripts.
- Maintain
balanced classes within negotiated limits.
- Provide
administration and counselors with lists of possible retentions.
- Process
withdrawals and notifies appropriate personnel.
- Assist
other office staff as needed.
- Reconcile
daily enrollment information with attendance department.
- Print
necessary reports and forms for student data.
- Other
job-related duties as assigned.
TERMS OF EMPLOYMENT: Nine, ten, or twelve-month year. Salary and work year
to be established by the Board.
EVALUATION: Performance of this job will be evaluated in
accordance with provisions of the Board's policy on Evaluation of Support
Services Personnel.
