OFFICE AIDE

QUALIFICATIONS:

  1. High School Diploma or GED.
  2. Demonstrate general clerical experience.
  3. Knowledge of general office procedures and office machines.
  4. Effective communication skills.

GRADE: 2

REPORTS TO:

SUPERVISES: N/A

JOB GOAL:

ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS:

  1. Establish and maintain a good rapport with students, employees and community.
  2. Receptionist and telephone communication.
  3. Perform general office tasks.
  4. Operate and maintain school store.
  5. Other job-related duties as assigned.

TERMS OF EMPLOYMENT: Nine, ten, or twelve-month year. Salary and work year to be established by the Board.

EVALUATION: Performance of this job will be evaluated in accordance with provisions of the Board's policy on Evaluation of Support Services Personnel.
