QUALIFICATIONS:
- AA Degree or two (2) years
experience in Institutional Food Service
- Knowledge of Windows-based
software.
- Knowledge of the National School Lunch and School Breakfast
Programs.
- Effective communication
skills

REPORTS TO: Director of Food
Service
SUPERVISES: Office Assistants
JOB GOAL:
ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS:
- Establish and maintain good
rapport with community, employees, and students.
- Maintain all free and reduced
documentation in compliance with the USDA regulations.
- Supervise office assistants.
- Execute and evaluate
verification process.
- Assist in annual bid
preparation, evaluation, and award.
- Work cooperatively with all
food service personnel, faculty, parents, and students on the free and
reduced application process.
- Provide training and support
to site managers on free and reduced paperwork and roster maintenance.
- Maintain open communication
with Food Service Director, Food Service Coordinators I and II, and
Central Kitchen Managers.
- Other job-related duties as
assigned.
TERMS OF EMPLOYMENT: Nine, ten, or twelve-month year. Salary and work year to be established by the Board.
EVALUATION: Performance of this job will be evaluated in accordance
with provisions of the Board's policy on Evaluation of Support Services
Personnel.
