QUALIFICATIONS:
1.
High school diploma or GED.
2.
Good health and physical condition
3.
Must obtain a serve-safe certification
4.
Ability to lift 50 lbs and stand for long periods of time
5.
Knowledge of NSLP guidelines
6.
Knowledge of computerized cash register preferred
7.
Prefer two (2) years experience in school cafeteria

FUNCTIONS:
a.
Operation of Meal
Tracker;
b.
Completion of
daily production record,
c.
Completion of
daily revenue reports;
d.
Daily production
and serving of breakfast/lunch entrees, and snack items for compliance with
NSLP guidelines;
e.
Operation of
kitchen equipment necessary to food production;
f.
Coordination of
daily cleaning activities
g.
Daily completion
of free/reduced updates; and
h.
Following established procedure for no-money students.
TERMS OF
EMPLOYMENT:
Nine, ten, or twelve-month year. Salary and work year to be
established by the Board.
EVALUATION: Performance of this job
will be evaluated in accordance with provisions of the Board's policy on
Evaluation of Support Services Personnel.
