QUALIFICATIONS:
2. Understand and experience with
information systems in a K12 enterprise.
3. Understand and experience with
Arizona's Student Accountability Information System (SAIS).
4. Understand a variety of software and
operating systems.
5. Ability to work well in a K-12
enterprise.
6. Ability to train and coach on
student information systems and SAIS.
7. Ability to work independently, as a
team member, and/or organize and take a principle role in department projects,
tasks and initiatives.
8. Effective verbal, written and
multimedia communication skills.
9. Valid Arizona Drivers License and
acceptable driving record.
10. Ability to perform work in flexible shifts, including
but not limited to; evenings, nights, weekends and holidays.

REPORTS
TO: Director
of Information Technology or designee
SUPERVISES: N/A
ESSENTIAL
JOB FUNCTIONS:
1.
Establish
and maintain good rapport with students, employees, department staff, vendors,
contractors and community.
2.
Implement
PVUSD's interaction with and requirements of Arizona's SAIS.
3.
Assist
in support of student information systems, including but not limited to;
procured student information systems, open source systems and internally
developed systems.
4.
Coach
and train others, including but not limited to; site staff, students,
community, department staff, district administration office staff and
administrators, on SAIS throughout the district.
5.
Assist
in the support of coaching and training of others, including but not limited
to; site staff, students, community, department staff, district administration
office staff and administrators, on student information systems throughout the
district.
6.
Deploy,
install, configure, troubleshoot and maintain Arizona's SAIS.
7.
Assist
in the support of the deployment, installation, configuration, troubleshooting
and maintenance of student information systems.
8.
Support
all SAIS tasks, projects and initiatives throughout the district.
9.
Take
the principle role and/or serve on a team with other personnel throughout the
district, including embracing technical and logistical directions from/to a
colleague.
10. Other job-related duties as assigned.
TERMS OF
EMPLOYMENT: Nine,
ten or twelve-month year. Salary
and work year to be established by the Board.
EVALUATION: Performance of this job will be evaluated in accordance with
provisions of the BoardÕs policy on Evaluation of Support Services Personnel.
