GIFTED TESTING TECHNICIAN

QUALIFICATIONS:

1. Bachelor’s Degree

2. Valid Fingerprint Clearance Card

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:

1. Gifted Testing Experience

2. Familiarity with gifted identification assessments

3. Prior teaching experience

GRADE: N/A Part time position, as needed; flat rate $100.00/day

REPORTS TO: Gifted Coordinator

SUPERVISES: N/A

ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS:

1. Work with Gifted Coordinator and Gifted Specialist to create testing schedule for assigned schools as needed.

2. Administer and score gifted tests for designated students.

3. Record and interpret test scores as needed.

TERMS OF EMPLOYMENT: Nine, ten or twelve-month year. Salary and work year to be established by the Board.

EVALUATION: Performance of this job will be evaluated in accordance with provisions of the Board’s policy on Evaluation of Support Services Personnel.
