Century Community Learning Center Grant Manager & Site Principal
ESSENTIAL
JOB FUNCTIONS:
1.
Design
program to meet state academic growth in core subjects to meet grant
objectives.
2.
Supervise
& coordinate 21st Century CLC site instructors & support staff in
include interviewing, hiring recommendation, review & evaluations,
recruiting & maintaining records.
Oversees preparation of registration for identified students.
3.
Act as
liaison with community partners, school staff, students & stakeholders in
regards to the 21st Century CLC program.
Seeks donations & addition grant funds to sustain programming.
4.
Works
with district & school personnel to ensure compliance with policies &
procedures.
5.
Monitors
student attendance rosters, data collection & assessment.
6.
Monitors
lesson plans & maintains discipline.
7.
Designs
& coordinates adult education classes as instructed in grant.
8.
Oversees
payment of temporary staff, collecting time sheets & submitting paperwork
to 21st Century CLC Grant Manager.
9.
Attends
planning sessions & collaborative meetings with 21st Century CLC Grant
Manager. Participates in
professional development activities provided by the school, district, state and
other professional development organizations.
10.
Distributes
& collects pre- & post-teacher survey; tallies & analyzes surveys;
monitors accurate records to complete required Summary of Classes & Annual
Report
11.
Other
job-related duties as assigned.
TERMS OF EMPLOYMENT: Nine, ten or twelve-month year. Salary and work year to be established
by the Board.
EVALUATION: Performance of
this job will be evaluated in accordance with provisions of the BoardŐs policy
on Evaluation of Support Services Personnel.
