To provide safe and sustainable environments conducive to learning for students and faculties.
Our Services:
- We help to provide long-range plans for future school and support sites in addition to the upgrading and refurbishing of existing sites.
- We manage bond and capital budgets for all construction projects.
- We supervise and coordinate all construction projects from inception through completion and warranty period.
Current Projects:
- Construction of the Technology Operations Center, which houses the district network systems and the Information Technology Department — March 2010.
- The Center for Research in Engineering, Science and Technology (CREST) specialty school, located on the Paradise Valley High School campus which opened in August 2010.
- Rooftop solar installation at four of our high schools was completed in the spring of 2011.
- Currently in the process of installing rooftop / canopy solar structures at 15 district sites. This project will generate power and provide shade structure parking at no cost to the district.
- We are in the beginning stages of building Elementary School #32, grades K-6. This school will open fall 2012.
