TeacherInsight
We believe that teachers are critical to student success, and we are committed to placing teachers in positions where they and students will be most successful. As part of our process, we require that you take a web-based assessment designed by The Gallup Organization. The assessment comes from research conducted with teachers viewed as most successful.
TeacherInsight consists of multiple choice and Likert scale items (responses on a one-to-five scale) and will require approximately 30-35 minutes of uninterrupted time.
You will be provided a link to complete TeacherInsight once you submit your application. Since you will need approximately 30-35 minutes to complete the assessment, it is not required that you complete TeacherInsight immediately following the submission of your application; however, the assessment should be completed within 24 hours of application submission. When you are ready to complete the web-based assessment, simply log back into your application and click on the TeacherInsight link.
The assessment is required for all teaching positions. Following completion of the assessment, Gallup will forward us the results. We will then contact you if more information is needed at that time.
If selected, you will be notified of the date and time of the required visiting teacher orientation. At that time you will be required to bring:
